Every season is an adventure in Uvdal. The mountains are accessible and waiting for you. You’ll experience something unique in Uvdal – the terrain is easy to walk, and you can enjoy solitude if you wish, with spectacular views and beautiful nature everywhere. If you manage to get up to about 1300 meters, you’ll quickly spot famous landmarks such as Hallingskarvet to the northwest, Hardangerjøkulen followed by Hårteigen to the west. To the south, you can see all the way to Gaustatoppen, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. After your hike, you return to a quality cabin with all the modern amenities and infrastructure. The cabin becomes a place you can use every weekend throughout the year. It’s the four seasons in the mountains and the contrast to everyday life that gives you that wonderful vacation feeling.

We can also integrate a geothermal heating system and tailor everything to your wishes at actual cost; we do not mark up these features. Furthermore, we can customize the cabin according to your desires and even draft plans based on your own designs if you prefer.
